Cabinet Refacing with Painted Doors

Our cabinet doors have been around for 40 years! Whit Sprague started building them in his barn back in 1979. Today we carry on that tradition building a simple line of cabinet doors in our shop in Harvard. They have been used in thousands of renovations and continue to be found in houses all over New England!

Cabinet refacing is an economical way to update your kitchen without having to go through the nightmare and cost of a full kitchen renovation (sometimes, upwards of $20K - $30K). With the simple addition of paint and new painted doors and drawer fronts your kitchen can be transformed! For you DIY gurus, this is an awesome way to have a brand new kitchen, often times, for a third of the cost! The sky is the limit on colors as we spray your doors with any Benjamin Moore color you want, we can even color match if need be!

Step #1 Get a Quote!

Give us a call with sizes and quantities of doors, drawer fronts, and drawer boxes and we can get you an estimate within 24 hours. The sizes do not need to be exact for an estimate, just close! We can sure up the sizes if you choose to go forward. The door styles to choose from can be found here on our CABINET DOOR page. Fill out our quote form below to get an estimate!

Step #2 Approve & Order

If you choose to move forward with the refacing project, you would need to approve the estimate and final sizes of the doors, drawer fronts and any drawer boxes. If you are unsure on measuring for exact sizes we can work with you on how to figure this out. Some people drop their old doors off for us to duplicate their existing sizes.

Step #3 Hire a Painter

Find a painter to remove your old cabinet doors & drawer fronts, prepare, sand and paint your cabinet boxes and face frames using a paint color in the Benjamin Moore family (Benjamin Moore Advance paint) . We will build your NEW cabinet doors and drawer fronts in our shop, have them painted to the exact color you choose and ship them to you for installation. Or, you can pick them up at our shop, whichever is more convenient.

Step #4 Installation

Installation can be done by you, the homeowner, and/or any local handy man, contractor that is available.

Add a beautiful WOOD COUNTER TOP to complete the project!
